
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, if applicable, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its product detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Although we process orders within 1-2 business days, many of our commercial grade products are built to order so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery for your orders.
Capsells Solar Lights Warranty
Capsells guarantees the purchaser for a period of 5 years that our solar lighting products will be free from defects in materials. Capsells will repair or replace any component which is defective for a period of 5 years after the date of purchase.
Capsells' liability on any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction, as determined by Capsells service technicians or engineers, due to abuse, misuse, incorrect installation, accident or Force Majeure.
The warranty for the battery component will be void if not installed within 6 months of delivery.
Returns Policy
All sales are final on the following products:
* International Orders: All products.
* Domestic (US) Orders: CleanArc Power brand Solar Lights and Hydroxyl Generators/Air Purifiers, Solar Pool Pump & Filter Products, SunDanzer Solar Refrigerators & Freezers, Xzeres/Skystream Wind Turbines, Capsells Residential Solar Packages and Capsells Engineering Services.
For Domestic US shipments and otherwise noted, you may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part (i.e. incorrect or defective item). There is a 15% restocking fee if items are not defective.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your return. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Privacy Policy
We at Capsells have the utmost respect for our customers' privacy. In no way will we violate this philosophy. We will not release any information gathered about our customers.
